Feb 1st - Choice Month starts. Submit your applications to the main office today.
Feb 29th - Choice Month Ends. Any applications turned in after go on the waiting list.
Mar 3rd - Dance Auditions for Incoming Students
Mar 12-15 - New student registration, 4-8 PM
Simi Valley Youth Summit
The Simi Valley Youth Summit is an fun, activity-filled community event. Come and speak to community leaders about issues you care about! The Summit will be held on Tuesday, February 28th from 8:00 A.M. to 2:45 P.M.
The application is due Friday, February 3rd so hurry into the Main Office and pick up your application today!

National Cyber Security Challenge
For the second year in a row, the students at Santa Susana High School entered the Cyber Foundations National Competition for Cyber Security. Out of 1217 participants across the country, here is how the Santa Susana Cyber Challenge Team ranked:

California All-State Honor Choir
Congratulations to Katie Krogh for being accepted into the California All-State Honor Choir! It is a huge honor to be chosen. She was picked out of thousands in the entire state to participate in a choir of 300.
PTSA Reflections
Congratulations to Sohil Bammi for winning the Reflections competition for music entry and will be awarded at the District on January 11th.
SSHS blows the roof off last year's API goal!
The 2010-2011 API (Academic Performance Index) is in and SSHS increased by 27 points to an outstanding 866! This is a fantastic representation of the quality students and staff we have at SSHS! Congratulations to our students and school community!
